Our Pilates sessions typically last 50 minutes. This includes warm-up, workout on the reformer, and cool-down to ensure a comprehensive experience that targets strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
To cancel your session, please contact us via email or through the contact form you used to book your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to assist you promptly and efficiently with your request.

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Grip socks are encouraged for better traction on the reformer.
